On-Site Payments
- Cash payments at the facility

2. Payment Terms
Advance Bookings
- Full payment is required at the time of booking
- Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment
- No booking will be held without payment confirmation
- Payment receipts will be sent via email
Group Bookings
- 50% deposit required for group bookings (10+ people)
- Remaining balance due 48 hours before the event
- Corporate bookings may arrange payment terms in advance
Walk-in Customers
- Payment required before entry to facilities
- Subject to availability
- No advance booking guarantees for walk-ins
3. Pricing and Fees
Standard Pricing
- All prices are displayed in local currency
- Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Special promotional rates may apply during certain periods
- Group discounts available for parties of 15 or more
Additional Fees
- Late cancellation fees may apply (see refund policy)
- Extra charges for extended time beyond booked duration
- Equipment damage fees as per terms and conditions
- No hidden fees - all charges clearly disclosed

5. Payment Confirmation

6. Failed Payments
In case of payment failures:
- Immediate notification via email/SMS
- Opportunity to retry payment within 30 minutes
- Booking will be cancelled if payment is not completed
